Fritz box VPN

After I read and tested much in the forum, still another question is open for me.
I used VPN over UMTS, all of this functioned.
My question:
If I announce the Clienten, then/has he gets the address 192.168.178.201 (kind-moderately furnished).
Why this is not then indicated in the Fritz box in the network.
As said that functions to access in the home network, I can access all computers.

now, because the Netbios Namensauflsung does not function from outside to inside (NAT). Attempt it times over the host and lmhosts files in the system32 \ drivers \ etc. files, which distribute files then on all machines.
