I have a mobile phone with Android and WLAN and German SIM. Now I want if possible cheaply from the USA on the German fixed net and/or. German mobile phones call.

I have an account with poivy.com. Can I by phon-CETOP-hone there my mobile phone to call (thus +44…?) and then the German number? What costs nevertheless determines Roaming then there is added or understands I VOIP wrongly? Here are the prices of poivy: http://poivy.com/en/freetrial.html - seem to depend somehow only on the destination of the telephone call. Is that correct?
