My problem: I yesterday a AS45 with 6 ST40 installed.
Have equal a Lan module 508 with inserted because
I on the Agfeo side read equal the TK Suite server run there.
I then on a computer the TK Suite Clienten installed and with that
Installation the error message “registration” do not keep possible.
Then with the Hotline called and once the statement received:
“Everything correctly, should go”
With the second call, naturally different Hotliner to: “No, on that 508 no server runs,
that cannot be done, there must still another computer directly on the plant hang on then that
TK Suite server runs "
Thus I from the Admin the OK gotten, the USB plug from AS45 to server put yourself,
Windows of 2003 servers wanted then drivers, I however already before on the Desktop had naturally put. Installation keeps running - then crash, Bluescreen!!!

I maintain times there 2 Capi collided. Why doesn't the software ask as I to the plant is connected??? Server runs again, but fax program is also!
Into three weeks a new server, problem comes I up to this time postponed.

Now the question: I before approximately 4 years already times a AS45 with Lan module installed.
There I the TK Suite Clienten installed and everything runs until today problem-free.
At that time no additional computer with TK Suite server was necessary.
How do I create with the new Lan the module 508?

First of all: The LAN module 508 is not again - at least not newer than 510.

Secondly: On the LAN module 508 definitely no Tk-Suite-server runs. That is reserved the 510er module.

Thirdly: If you want to operate the Agfeo Tk Suite in the constellation mentioned, you need compellingly a computer, on the Tk-Suite-server run.

Fourth: The enterprise of the Tk-Suite over the “USB direct driver mentioned” I can recommend only conditionally. That is more for the temporary enterprise - thus not for the continuousactive Tk-Suite - suitably. A coupling is better by V.24 (thus serial) or over a CAPI, which supports also X.31 (if necessary. also over the USB CAPI for the plant mentioned).

Fnftens: You can actually never operate two CAPIs on a computer. ISDN hardware and/or. the pertinent drivers are like Highlander: There can be only one (n).

But Agfeo cannot do anything. It belongs to the basic knowledge of a network Admins that two CAPI cannot be operated on a computer at the same time.
