I am not yet completely safe me, which I search (neither like it is called nor like it to be technically converted is).

I need a call number, which I can if necessary on my fixed net telephone or mobile phone to be rerouted to be able and which I can carry forward, if I move. Best with a possibility for the fax receipt, but that is not so important. It does not have to be anything free, but poor will must I thereby naturally not inevitably

Now is the question: Who can sowas? Is that already a virtual telephone system? Or also can “normal” VoIP offerer?

Forwarding of calls as well as localindependent use of a call number one knows with (nearly) all VoIP offerers.
The removal is more problematic: Since geographical call numbers must always have a purchase to the residence, one cannot carry a “normal” call number forward, if one pulls local service area away from that. This is a restriction of the federal net agency and no technical.
In order to escape from the dilemma, remains only a 032xxx or a 0700-Rufnummer. 032 costs usually nix, 0700 costs which.
Disadvantage of both numbers:
- Accessibility, in particular from the foreign country is not given always.
- The numbers are caller unfriendly, since the calls are relatively expensive on these numbers.
