Answering set indicates number incompletely

Hello together,

operate the FB 7270 together with the integrated answering set. If I miss a call on the number of my MT Siemens S68, this goes on the integrieten STARTING FROM and by light at the MT it is signaled that a call was in absentness. If I press then on the key, it delivers the selection between call in absentness and. I force away on and the STARTING FROM am heard. On the display however not the complete call number of the caller appears in such a way, but: Call number: 01234/ 567890.
The display shows 234/567890, i.e. the first two numbers are not indicated, are no matter it whether the call number is deposited in the directory of the FB or not.
Is this a nose or gives it a solution?

the S68 is announced, exactly the same over the DECT unit of the FB as the 3000er. However the 3000er does not have another number and possesses for its connection OFF.

unfortunately also the current laboratory version brought no solution to 14331.
If I am informed by Mail about a message on the STARTING FROM, then also the complete number is transferred (i.e. in the Mail stands the complete number of the caller), only when hearing the ABs stands on the display of the MT the number not completely, i.e. the first two number are missing. In the call list however the complete number is stored, and/or. one represents.

Really does nobody have still one taps?

How can the display indicate many places?
We had in former times external equipment (OFF) and had there, with more than 10 places. the other numbers through press from arrow keys call.

If I a number select am the writing more largely and there fit per line approx. 13 numbers. When querying the ABs and/or. if I am called am the writing somewhat smaller and more thinly and there to fit more numbers drauf.
One must introduce oneself in such a way: If the call number were 0123456, the number catches with 23456, i.e. the 01 is missing, and the remaining number begins from the line margin, as if the number start of line would have slipped somewhat to the left. Like said only with the ABabfrage, if a number were conveyed and the caller a message left. If I am called, then the number display is complete correct, also with absent (without message on the STARTING FROM).
