since I meet the latter increase calls without number identification get, (as number 0000 is indicated, it are always “inquiries” and/or advertising calls, so far I white in DE meanwhile is no more permitted which), I would know gladly whether it a possibility give the correct number to find out. Which it is completely merry as soon as one says to those that whole in Germany for quite some time the no more is permitted and with punishments to 50,000€ is punished puts those very fast.

I cannot recognize the sense therein.
Whether these companies send a number with or also not, in my opinion not the difference can be.
And even if the number (e.g. Catch circuit) admits is, I have which advantage of it? Those Disturbance nevertheless already took place.

In the USA the situation is somewhat more unclear than in this country. For example there call centers with Freephone call numbers can do also still the older ANI procedure use, in order to see the number of the caller.

But even if it should be possible in the USA under certain circumstances to see a suppressed call number nevertheless in Germany the quite little is useful to you.

No, a network carrier may rely not on somehow “rule-conformal” terminals, but it may do such confidential information not at all convey to the participant. The relevant standards (ISUP, SIP) are there also quite clear.
