FBF7270: Call number not indicated/LAN

I have the problem that with my Fritz box hair dryer the numbers of the callers are not indicated to 7270.
However only, if I in one the LAN of haven a cable are has.
I patched a NAS and not switched on and already begin the problem.
If I plug off the cable, then it folds. I use Telefonie over fixed net and the firmware of the Fritz box am the current.

What can lie, which I can do?

Naturally not at the Fritz box, but at the attached telephone…
I said, as, no VoIP (at least not with detailed calls) probably however VoIPe I with outgoing discussions about 1und1, whatever me DSL making available.
Behind it however always still is Telekom's a connection.

As said, I pull the cable from the LAN socket, then then everything, as desired, does not go to plug I the cable (all the same into which LAN socket) goes purely it again any longer.
