Hello together,

I have a FB7270 to the 2 DECT mobile parts am announced, in addition a DECT basis station including mobile part and a cord-bound telephone.

Since beginning on I have problems with the DECT receipt. Both DECT and WLAN cover are generally speaking house protruding. However there is not when telephoning with all DECT telephones again and again reproducibly stupid problems.

One does not hear a cracking and the interlocutors hears one any longer. The other direction functions without any problems (also during the misfires). Only remedy: One approaches the FB rather closely, then it goes mostly again.

My suspicion meanwhile: LCD's and TFT's. Beside the FB stands a PC and a TFT. As soon as someone works there arises usually the described problems.

However it happens also repeatedly if one away from the box is very far, as said not reproducibly.

So slowly extremely, continuously understands me the other no more excites me and does not present

Have their there experience with sowas?

Then we are two. I attached likewise two DECT telephones, which make the same problems. This concerns approx. 5 years old Siemens telephones (A240 believes I).

Directly to HAIR DRYER 1/2 I attached two further DECT telephones including basis stations. These do not make any problems. On the internal ISDN bus a terminal adapter with a similar telephone, a DECT telephone with basis station hangs and fax equipment. Here I have also no problems.

Thus only the two Siemens DECT telephones attached over the internal AVM DECT Basisstation make such problems.

Does someone know a remedy?

How does the AVM of own DECT telephones function?

Some copies of the 7270 can be disturbed by other DECT basis stations (neighbour etc.), and/or the 7270 concerned disturbs actively also different basis stations. In any case one is present (in my opinion) in both cases a failure of the 7270, probably through isolates occurring hardware errors released, since only isolated 7270 are concerned.

Some owners could solve the problem by exchange of the 7270, with others have allegedly a L.G. update helped…

I used likewise Siemens telephones. I try Vielleich times to put all basis sowing ions up to the integrated lamely. If that brings remedy, we have the error

I am slowly moved. Both telephones to some extent functioned for November. Again and again times or the other abort, but still within the bearable framework. For some days however these function hardly still. When taking off one does not often even get a free character. If one got it and if one takes the second telephone off, then it cracks it in the line and comes even to aborts.

If one is called, then cracks and kneeling ore it and after few seconds breaks the connection off. I cannot imagine however that both DECT telephones go at the same time broken.

In my surrounding field nothing changed. No new telephones, no new devices, no nothing at all. Also with my neighbours.

The firmware of my 7270 is the newest (54.04.70), which I to 3.3. installed. Can it be that this causes the substantial problems? Beyond that I state that the box becomes very warm. Whether it the coming summer survives?

Yes, welcomely in the club. Some ideas, what it could lie that discussions of mobile parts, those at the DECT the Fritz! Box 7270 are announced, break off:

- ton-DO: Mobile parts, only at the DECT the Fritz! Box to run are to be logged out, should by their original basis station.
- ton-DO: Firmware RESETs and current firmware up-play. All necessary attitudes now by hand transact. An attempt ist's worth, v.a. if one had installed laboratory versions before…
- ton-DO: T.38 fax minutes under “Telefoniegerte” vote out. Has probably esp. with VoIP of 1&1 causes problems.
- ton-DO: Hook with “offerer supports G.726 after RFC 3551” raus. Some an VoIP offerer probably operates during a telephone call “codec Hopping” (e.g. admits. of 1&1). Possibly. this problem can be limited in such a way, but not be completely prevented possibly.

- (Emergency-hung) - ton-DO: Neighbouring spurious frequencies. E.G. by neighbours or also if necessary. by the old basis station, which serves now only as loading station, there all mobile parts at the DECT the Fritz! Box hang. The problem seems hardly solvable for the final user. A possibility: Former basis by a pure load bowl replace.

Naja, so far a few ideas meinerseits. Perhaps helps which of it. Feedbacks would be beautiful.

Thanks. Property of everything tries one after the other, unfortunately without success. It became now even worse, so that I endeavored the support of AVM. Hopefully they react fast and can solve the problem. Here the current error description:

The DECT telephones very often get no ringing tone. If they get a ringing tone, then it cracks enormously and after some seconds the connection breaks off completely. Sometimes it takes many seconds, until a ringing tone is to be heard. If one is called, the connection breaks either immediately when receiving the discussion starting from or after few seconds. Loud cracking is to be always heard.

I also noticed that one is not indicated when selecting the typed numbers directly on the display. They appear often in a two-1-second pulse (or more slowly) individually on the telephone display.

Now I separated all basis stations existing in the house from electricity mains and announced different telephones (Siemens and Panasonic) to the DECT station of the box. The result was always the same.

Was not from the beginning satisfying DECT functionality to use now it however completely broke down and no more.

Beyond that the box in the enterprise becomes very hot.

After two uncomplicated enamels AVM will send an exchange box to me. Hopefully the new is error free (it)… I report, if she arrives.

We can offer here, still in prospect place neither a solution for the problems with the DECT binding, observed by you, to you and discuss this topic here also not further, particularly since a problem solution can to be reached by it neither and you with further solution attempts in the long run only unnecessarily time waste, because exactly therefore: “I do not think for solving you should times a jerk now give themselves and try for giving me little assistance around the problem” go it. for me the topic DECT with the FB 7020 is in connection with the MT-D telephones of AVM consumer stupefying!

One calls with AVM and asks there with reference to the discussions which can be found in forums (WWW) concerning. Crack noises etc. the MT-D-telephones in interaction with the FB7020 after, AVM explains that one heard still nieeeeeeeeee of this problem somewhat.

Strangely, if one considers that alone in this forum numerous persons exchange had to make.

Which was noticeable to me, if I let the S68 run directly over the DECT place of the Fritz box, my Akku goes very fast to slope, one can say with normal use is the Akku after 2-3 days to end. If I let the S68 run over the own basis and ECO on do not switch, the Akku keeps nevertheless 2 days longer than over the Fritz. Is that coincidence?

Everything had to then set to factory settings and enter thus all renewed. The telephone functioned then again problem-free.
Unfortunately the same problem is also with this box: If I switch the DECT on unit of the Fritz box, this disturbs definitely my S685 basis. If I telephone over the 685 basis, there are always small and very short breaks, i.e. the discussion comes to a hold a little. If I switch discussion off the DECT unit of the Fritz box during, then the discussion is clean. In the regard also the new box does not help. I need the DECT unit, since I attached my fax equipment MUFU beside my S68 at the other hair dryer haven. Over the DECT runs 3000 Comfort, which use my nut/mother in the adjoining house. The basis of the 3000er is with it, with the function as loading station.
Property now the S68 over the DECT of the Fritz box announced and so far functions this perferkt. The problems as with the first box are not at present, but still another a little early everything is to be seen positive

thus I believe I kept repair-turned out, since the serial number w30 begins, i.e. Production date KW of 30 2008. The support wrote down, how it would be then with my warranty, since I had heard, those in accordance with the serial number would arrange itself and then I would have less warranty by this exchange 1 year. The old equipment was of this year KW of 6.
Up to now everything functions, except sees above my last contribution.

Momentarily everything runs so far well, except yesterday, when I called from the office at home, heard I means not completely so good woman. I had waited now 4 weeks, until AVM had repaired then finally times old Schtzchen and it sent to me. Since I knew the fact that the serial number contained the manufacture date was clear me that the exchange equipment was older one year than my at the end of of February bought and at the beginning of March because of DECT lodged a complaint box.
I rejected to also only try it! AVM reacted to my protests ME impudently and one spoke of “freiwilliger warranty”.

Instead I have then with my dealer called and immediately problem-free my box against one from a original packaging conversions to know.
And see there, DECT functioned problem-free. (And AVM does not get the box then evenly from the dealer back, that it old Schtzchen to turn can.)

It would remain mentioning still that I had bought because of the unsatisfactory DECT function in the meantime a ISDN DECT telephone and thus 90 € to spend had, only because the AVM service wanted to wipe first times all problems of the table and then still another some time needed to send a replacement to me at all (although impudent).

AVM is passee for me… The box functions now, but that is not earnings/services of AVM separates a lucky coincidence. As long as she does her service, I am so far content. But again I do not buy from the company determine anything.

I can guess only - usually one notices right after sowas the purchase - the box with the dealer directly to exchange, until one has then one, those functioned. This way also AVM became then finally times awake will, because their dealers cannot treat her like final customers. There they must give new equipment.

The function is promised and is applied. All the rubbish of “disturbances by the environment” is fast exposed, if one tried times different DECT telephones. None had ever also only approximately similar malfunctions as the inserted DECT function in my first 7270. That that is not an individual case, white everyone, that read here times a bischen and AVM knows with certainty also (even if it still so stupidly to place itself).

Here already a small interim report:
My Erstgert was exchanged by somewhat older exchange equipment. Up to then nevertheless the Knackser, as well as rattling noises were present. 3 days ago I installed the L.G. end number 74 and simply fun for the sake of my S68 for its original basis attached (where repeatedly rattling noises were) and up to now all super ran, i.e. clean discussions without any disturbances. Besides I had also the same S68 to the DECT of the FB announced and also there was clean the discussions. My wife had originally understood always badly, if I had called her from the office, since always occasionally the discussion was interrupted briefly by a 1000tel second, as if it would be distant from the basis zuweit.

As with this firmware the problems seem to be solved, but so far there is only 3 days, where I this test could. Which I had to still state that AVM changed the DECT version.

It would be interesting whether your Erstgert with the 74er-Labor as with me likewise fewer problems would have.

At present I do without the exchange devices, because one probably gets rather old material there, in addition possibly in worse condition.

Rear Bruce, I can unfortunately test no more, since I had back sent my Erstgert scarcely 2 weeks ago, but if I had compared both devices at the time, I had with my newer Erstgert substantially more problems when telephoning, than with second. Assumes one later optimized the exchange equipment. The older devices do not have to be worse always, than and because of the warranty me AVM has the newer confirmed that in this connection nothing changes, i.e. Warranty duration starting from purchase date. As said, so far no problem, but I waits still 1-2 weeks with the flowers for AVM
