I have a problem with my Asterisk and the Fritz! Box 7270. The problem is One Way audio. At the Fritz box I understand the portable radio connection, but at the portable radio connection the Fritz! Box participant not.

Asterisk does not make transmit in the case a Packet-2-Packet, I accepts Reinvites, therefore Asterisk serves as Media Proxy and leaves the data in such a way, as they are.

Now the question: Why Fritz sends! Box with 240bytes Payload?

Can it be because of the fact that the transmission is not correct?

If I afterwards “R” - key at the telephone (Fritz! Box) presses, takes over Asterisk the MUSIC On HOLD. I hear this music on Hold afterwards at the mobile telephone also. In this time I get 0 packages of Fritz! Box, and Asterisk send with a PayLoad of 160bytes at CISCO SDP.

Thus I the Fritz! Box in this constellation to use could to deactivate, had I with the PEER for the Fritz box the G-711a and activate G-711u. Since that time Asterisk converts the audio trace from Fritz box to G-711a and everything functioned… That I find however weak-intimately finally speak all three participants to the same codec.
