I believe it mean rather the fact that if one already telephones and it calls still someone that the caller receives then no busy signal, but that one can accept the discussion with a second telephone.
as far as I know after it depends on the combination.
if you called someone over VoIP, someone can call you and you can do 2 with that. Telephone the call accept. If you should have selected over fixed net and/or have telephoned over fixed net, the caller is probably received a busy signal.
Is with similar connections now times like that, those have only 1 fixed main for the order.

You mean the function “stops in the net” supposed. This function permits you to interrupt a discussion to hold a second conversation and to the first discussion back to turn. This function is supported in my opinion not by the Fritz box, but only by telephone systems like for example Gigaset.
That temporarily switched off discussion participant a waiting music is played, which comes generally from the telephone system.
