Hello and only times Sorry if I a question places those here “zigmal” was already answered - I searched and nothing suitable thing found.

I furnished my 7170 for a call number on “fax receipt integrated”.

I send now a fax then arrive myself only the fax, so long I with the fax dispatch not a file (.pdf) attached.
Is to be called: If I send a fax and “describe” the first page with text and send this then, then the fax receipt functions (tested with Arcor). If I send however a fax, describe the first page and add a whole.pdf file, then the telephone, it rings comes however to nothing on (tested with strato). Strato gives me however after few minutes the feedback that the fax dispatch from three sides (the plant had two sides) was successful.

Do I make there which wrongly or don't funzt the integrated fax not with appendices (in the.pdf format)?

I would assume rather that the dispatch does not function - the internal fax cannot differentiate at the beep whether it there now a in-scanned side or a pdf file is before-whistled. Did you send times the above constellation away to “genuine” /andere fax receivers? Or a one-sided fax (without appendix) of Strato and/or. a multilateral fax (with appendix) from Arcor sends away?

The Strato Communicator can dispatch faxes, provides one (like enamels) from a Message part (first page/writing down?) and the actual to fax-end document in the format text, pdf, JPEG, GIF, multi-PAGE tiff (standard fax format), png or LOW in the appendix.

It seems to have been actually because of the dispatch. As described andilao, I send on-line faxes away” by Strato Communicator “. The problem seems exactly here to be. Property me today skillfully by a completely normal fax something and that arrived complete.

By Arcor fax I can unfortunately send no appendices away - therefore I cannot test whether it functions hereby.

Since it is clear now that it is because of Strato, I have now however a new problem. I can be safe never whether a fax sent away over Strato arrives with the receiver. Therefore my question at you, how I can send away from the PC from fax with.pdf appendix - so that it also functions?
