Potsdam (AFP) - telephone calls over Internet cause in principle clearly fewer costs than in the classical telephone networks: The fast transmission of data language packages is simply cheaper than the speech transmission by copper cables. However Voice over IP offerers can this cost advantage only partly exhaust and to their customers pass on. Consumers, that want to save, must look therefore exactly on the tariffs.

Discussions of and to normal fixed net telephones or mobile phones are led up to the next Internet net transition across normal voice grade channels, for which the usual costs require their operator. Because the net transitions still RSR are sown, a majority of the Internet telephone calls is actually completely classically obtained in the fixed net. There are net-internal discussions against it throughout to the minute zero tariff, not however in each case without basic charges.

The Internetprovider Broadnet Mediascape breaks monthly 9.99 euro open for VoIP on the calculation and is enough in particular with international calls strongly too. To South America, South Africa or New Zealand the minute up to 188,5 costs cent. Call by call discussions strike however often only with fees between 2,1 and 5,3 cent to beech. Favorably with Broadnet Mediascope however German domestic telephone calls are starting from a cent per minute.

A cent cost German domestic discussions in the fixed net also for example with 1&1, Bell-shed or freenet. With discussions in the German Handynetz all VoIP offerers are clearly more expensive against it than the cheapest call by call offerer, who requires 16 cent. For two cent to China to telephone one knows with Bell-sheds and Purtel over Internet - or evenly completely classically by call by call. Freenet is particularly favorable with discussions to mobile phones into many European states. The offerer requires here continuous 4.9 cent per minute, where call by call offerers take three up to four times so much.

Who wants to try the whole out in view of the tariff jungle only once, does not have to transfer equal completely - the fixed net telephone connection must be maintained with most DSL broadband connections anyway. And DSL is usually a condition for the Internettelefonie. VoIP Einsteiger can download themselves first of all free software as for instance X-Lite or Skype, attach simply headphones with microphone to their computer and losplaudern.

Naja, but really many offerers for bitstream Asnchlsse does not give it now also. And the few can offer more favorably than e.g. T-Net with DSL 1000 and e.g. 1und1 5GB volume tariff to beech strikes. (or also Arcor with ISDN and DSL Flat)

No, then that is also not meant. I continue to draw back times somewhat:

For me I solved that going by that I occupy the “DSL part” at a completely normal T-Net connection evenly only.

Thus I need evenly no connection basic charges - and on otherwise due the ISDN mechanism which was
(or a further T-Net connection) I could also do without…
(The Arcor offer gab's there not yet.)

Also AVM with the Fritz box for me had the correct solution at the right time.

How one can speak of “nearly ever more favorably”, if nevertheless actually _alle_ Discounter require than 1 cent per minute to the production time clearly more in the German FN, is absolutely veilful me.

Is correct and then also still mostly with changing tariffs. Sometime more favorably and then iweder expensive.
Although we strove really, are to our FN telephone always favorable preselection numbers to use our calculations with VoIP over 1und1 for natinale fixed net of telephone calls nearly 20-30 euro more favorably than before. This whole CbC things brings my judgement after nothing, if one uses one together with several a connection. Everyone cannot always check, which offerer for which connection is most favorable straight.

You are right Naja so gesehem that I intend now also, ISDN well-informed and then only T-Net+DSL+VoIP.
Which you meant with “(that it also differently goes, I have here only later read…)”?
