The US telephone enterprise Vonage and the IP telephone manufacturer UTStarcom presented a portable telephone, which can develop a Voice over IP connection by WLAN by session Initiation Protocol (SIP) on the CES 2005. The equipment looks outward like a usual portable telephone.
