The Spanish Telefnica company takes over the German network carrier Hansenet, which offers in this country telephone and Internet services under the label name to “Alice”. The subsidiary of the Telecom Italia changes the owner for 900 million euro. The conclusion of an appropriate agreement both enterprises publication on the today's thursday afternoon.
