unfortunately no more suitable Thread found. For approximately 2 days I know the side

no more do not call. A call with the Second Channel of German Television brought the following to light: the problem is well-known from numerous Usern, it is however a Providerproblem, there the side e.g. over Telekom is perfectly attainable.
My call with 1und1 brought unfortunately a frightening unawareness to light:
- the problem was allegedly not at all well-known (strangely, with all 1und1 usern, which live in my area, it steps on)
- one tried then to offer to me solution methods (alternative DNS server), which used however nothing.
Therefore my question: Does this arise with other Usern, which are with 1und1, likewise?
Supplement: Even if I the page anpinge, does not come an answer, all other sides function
