I have a Surf&phone-16.000-Komplettanschluss with 1&1 and telephone similarly over a Fritz box 7050. (The fixed mains connection runs still directly over the Telekom, I gets however the fixed mains connection fees by 1&1 monthly returned.)

Several times in the week report to me people, me to call wanted of the following phenomenon:

After selecting my call number you receive approx. 2-4 free characters. Then it sounds itself in such a way for it, as if I would remove and again would present the listener immediately briefly. Subsequently, they hear then nothing more. This play happened several times to it then suddenly, as its been, to me do not come through. My telephone does not ring with this calls however. It seems nearly in such a way, as if these calls in my Fritz box became versanden…

My Fritz box registers this kind of calls which is received connection with a red listener symbol. ...

Mhhh,….Does someone know from you, which for an error is and as I it to be eliminated can?

Install the current firmware (if yet not done), the box puts back it again times to factory settings and kofiguriert.

1&1 accepts only approved Fritz boxes (5140, 7113, 7141, 7170, 7270) with complete.

 2.20. DSL modem: All 1&1 Surf & Phone customer can order a DSL modem as entrance mechanism. At the 1&1 Surf & Phone connection released hardware inclusive may only by 1&1. the most current firmware to be used. New customers 1&1 offers always attractive purchase prices to that needs hardware.
2.21. Autoconfiguration: The DSL modem with the most current firmware for customers with start-up one configures automatically. After the DSL modem is correctly connected with the TAE box and was switched on, the remote configuration of the DSL modem takes place by means of TR-069 minutes via input of the starting code.

The 7050 belonged definitely to it, does not seem to be “usable” however.
