Hello,
I have still another 4DSL-Vertrag up to 02.05.2009 run. In February I will move in the same place.
Since the removal is not completely unproblematic with 1&1, I would like to avoid possible errors. For the removal there are the following possibilities from my view:
1. Removal over the removal SHOT LINE:
I would move here with my 4DSL-Anschluss to the new address. Here I would have to pay 50, - euro at 1&1 and 60, - euro to the Telekom. Immediately after the removal I would change then into a complete tariff.
2. New order:
With this variant will I a new postpone at the new address to lock and the old simply run out to let. With this solution I would get in any case also the privileges, which a new customer gets.
3. Rckgewinnungshotline call:
I could call also with the Rckgewinnungshotline and jammern. Possibly it offers to you me that I can change immediately from the old contract into a new complete tariff at the new address.
- Which possibility their to me would recommend?
- Can keep I with the possibility 2 and 3 my old fixed net number?
- Wrdet ihr in die Doppel-Flat 16000 wechseln? At the new address is loud availability test a DSL 3000 and/or. with Telefonica ADSL2+ possible. Or am I to rather change into the double Flat 6000?
- In the control center with me the contract end of 03.05.2009 is indicated. In the contract center during a “sample notice” 02.05.2009 one indicates. What is correct?
My contract runs some more more than 3 months and I should at the latest to 02.02.2009 mine contract in writing well-informed. If their me could be helpful in this decision, then I would be very grateful.
Greeting,
Moppel
I would make a new contract with new number. You can forget the number, since she is only transferable, even if at the address the T-Com connection is switched. There you can with 1&1 jammern as you want. Apart from it 1&1 switches a new number anyway with complete and removal. Portiere the number with the notice from the telephone connection to e.g. Sipgate. Thus it is not lost and you is still attainable on the numbers. At the new address however again 32 facility fees€ are added, since no telephone connection is present. With a removal of the line there would not be also the problem the this loss-free goes. The loss amounts to 3 - 8 weeks and that the KO-criterion should be final.
Hello on-line,
thank you for your answer. With the Portierung the old fixed net number to Sipgate I can live, since I have there still justvoip.com and the fixed net number can begin as outgoing number. Nevertheless I find the whole thing too complicated. Last year moved a friend of me. At the old place it had Strato DSL and a T-Com connection. At the new place he had requested cable German Federal Armed Forces and he could the fixed net number forward of the T-Com problem-free carry. Me it is unexplainable why this does not fold with 1&1.
In my origin contribution I had still the question whether at all a change is meaningful into the double Flat 16000. The availability tests indicate here different values (DSL 3000 to DSL 16000) and it would be stop bld, if I z. B. get only 7000 Kbit/s. With o2online.de it is shown to me that a speed of 16000 Kbit/s is available. But to so correctly believe I cannot do it. I could take and look for a test a DSL connection for one month with Alice, what gives the line.

Moppel
Hello,
I quit old 4DSL now to mine and ordered at the new place the double Flat 6000. One can really forget the other two possibilities with the removal and Rckgewinnungshotline. These are only waste of time. Now I have still some questions:
1. Which costs are to be paid at 1&1 for the Portierung of the call numbers to Sipgate?
In the assistance center (
http://hilfe-center.1und1.de/voip/kuendigung/4.html) 24.90 euro stand. Is that the costs per call number? With my 4 numbers that would be 100, - euro.
2. I become now also mine fixed mains connection well-informed (T-Net, call plus, term of notice 6 days). Me it is then clear that I cannot use then DSL at my old connection no more, although the 1&1-Vertrag runs still until May. How does it look however with the Handyflat and the Viop numbers? Can I still use these until May?
About answers I would be pleased much.
Greeting,
Moppel
Moin Moppel,
the costs are under normal conditions per Portierungsvorgang. Thereby it is no matter whether one, two, three or also ten numbers postage ore ewrden.
You can use Handyflat and VoIP numbers to end of the contract.
