Surf flat 2000, how many call numbers, confusing AGB - VoIP General, VoIP News, VoIP Providers, VoIP hardware, VoIP software, VoIP Technology

had intended for a friend Surf FLAT 2,000 to request. He already heard still another similar t-kom connection without DSL property many wiedersprchliche statements. Also the AGB is not really understandable for me:

Who can to me defenitiv say how many numbers I now with the present Treaty use can, and/or how many simultaneous discussions? Really only one?
Perhaps does someone have this tariff?
Or have you otherwise an inexpensive alternative for a poor student?
Thus it needs Internetflat, telephone must not Flat be, but for 2 simultaneous connections. Telephone use approx. 5 Std/month eigendlich only Germany.

the answer to your first question hides itself in this set of the AGB: Quotation:

Your friend can carry thus its existing call number forward, if he wants that. If it does not want that, it kriegt a new call number.
The old number carry forward and a new gotten does not go.

Naja, the control center does not agree always with the AGB valid for the contract…

It counts on it that it only at point 1) remains nevertheless simple. Everything else is not basis of the contract and thus luck thing. Even if it should have developed someone here on up to 10 numbers, it does not mean that with you (still) it goes.

I have:

postage ores and an automatically put on.
it is technically possible still further (me unknown a number!) to put on by numbers. however this process up to the end did not pull through, since I do not use VoIP actively with 1u1, but alternative offerers already before furnished.

and: (at least) two discussions are to be led at the same time in normal quality.

Ok one, I had now finally times a competent coworker from the technology at the apparatus. Yesterday I had a completely weakened lady for contract questions responsibly was at the listener those apparently only one high-speed course completed. It had to inquire however even ersmal. No miracle with the confusion with every few months the changed tariff models and the not current AGBs. Therefore one can portieren a number and furnish 3. The “Surf & Phone 2,000” the same does not seem to be as the new “Surf FLAT 2.000”

Actually only two call numbers are including, in the Leistungsungbeschreibung however four mentioned in my tariff, and in the control center I can put on even still more. Everything very strangely.
