WEB.de has NTPlus mine over its service partner on warranty returned Siemens-routs SX541 WLAN into a FritzboxPhone 7050 exchanged (now on Saturday receive). It was called with demand over the whereabouts of the returned equipment with NTPlus, my SX541 would hang in the waiting loop (are 20-February), is to decided, what happens thereby. That was called, exchange into the successor of Siemens or into the 7050 of AVM. WEB.de decided, which SX541 increase back, because there were probably too many problems.
After consultation with WEB.de and the exchange over NTPlus on warranty was confirmed was carried out free of charge.
