I have the following problem I am under mine benutzer@web.de not erreichar, although I am announced. I can telephone without problems over the account (Web.de). I made test calls from our network already several times (of Rechner1 sipgate, after Rechner2 web.de). Error is always Proxy authentication required (augehende line sipgate) call too benutzer@web.de best owing to in vorraus greeting gall Normally it should go, since probably sipgate with web.de cooperates, but seems oneself with some in the technology of web.de rumgesprochen yet to have! Greeting from Tom My problem to some extent fits straight the Thread, so that I would not like to open specially a new: On a PC at the network line behind one fbf ata the web.de became - softphone installs. With the network check by the soft phon program it was stated that for calls from the outside still UDP haven the 5060, 5062, 30000-30005 to be released to be supposed. Now my “probably” stupid question: How can that be done? If I enter forwarde in the appropriate place into fbf ata under Portforwarding this haven and on the same haven number, there is the message immediately: ERROR: Entry collides with internal rule. Normally necessary haven behind the FBF are opened automatically (particularly statement of AVM), you should only 5061-5065 and 30000-30005 release on the computer IP. As said, mostly you do not need that at all. I do not use 15 Softphones and 5 different hardware devices behind the FBF and not one haven continued to release! I did not have stupid-prove no more tried out, after the Web the often phon program marked something from still equal with the installation to haven which can be opened! (Demand: - see below enfllt in the meantime!) I do not know myself with Softphones yet at all out. Ok one, makes me happy, then much fun! Greeting from Tom @Opilein: I have also a problem, for which I assume that I fail to the Fritz box for haven 5060 because of the “internal rule”. I have 2 Fritz! Boxes hair dryer WLAN 7050 one behind the other switched, to both are to be able to telephone similar telephones attached and over VoIP. I assume that haven 5060 is already measured by the first box and no more with second arrives. To the topic I have one own Thread opened. Would be nice, if you clean-look there times. Thanks!
