Problem with network - VoIP General, VoIP News, VoIP Providers, VoIP hardware, VoIP software, VoIP Technology

Here to my problem:
I live in a hostel with a common network and seize fundamental on Internet over any Proxys/Socks too (wrong does to me, but I have of it really nen plan).
Now I from Web.de the telephone often commodity down-loaded itself and stated that I have quasi no attitudes for the network. Thereupon the service of Web.de suggested the program “X-Lite” to me, where one can meet also pro XY attitudes.

However I must admit that the attitudes for the network make excessive demands of me. I went through the installation guidance of Web.de and: did not function naturally!

I must register which things, if I the Proxys and/or. Socks of my hostel to consider wants (I know the values for it)???

Unfortunately know I here not really well out, are finally no Admin and I live also not yet for a long time here… thus only state, which I got:

a server rum, which is attached at the Internet, stands somewhere all can over proxies/socks access (so have I that anyhow understood).
in most programs (icq, skype, homebanking, outlook, etc.) I had to meet special attitudes that it functions, speak: I any proxies manually registered.

now I do not continue to know stop, which proxies I x-lite with register must (of web.de to fold not).

Wrong does to me, but it does not fold yet… actually those are the standard attitudes of web.de!
under mine firewall those of haven also everything are free! I nevertheless once again admin because of evtl closed haven will ask, do not believe however not that it because of it am!!!

2. even if I installed times the software FireFly, but there one can actually begin nix with, is somehow only for registered users (see. skype).

You got the wrong Firefly, need you the “Third party phone”!
