May I schedule discussions of other users over our ISDN connections?

Starting from when I must me around the Teledienstegesetz and/or. the medium service convention (and/or. other relevant topic areas) care?

- If we other users by IAX or SIP the access to a Asterisk server permit, in order to offer free internal discussions?

- If we these users additionally permit to hold conversations into the PSTN and these thereafter account for? We would appear to Telekom's then thus with a ISDN Businesstariff as Reseller…

- And if we had a Flatrate, to “however no Flat our” participants outward would offer - thus a profit would thus probably obtain?

The background is following:

We belong to a union of enterprises, which are independently led however in each case as a company. In order to optimize telephone costs, I came on the idea to want to schedule outgoing discussions of external participants from our Asterisk into the ISDN net.

Thus the other enterprises could profit from our relatively favorable fees for the discussions, the basic charges could then on several enterprises be put down.
