Hello together,
Perhaps can give their me a few Tipps, after I already read many contributions and studied data sheets and me am nevertheless not yet safe, as I come my desire configuration next. In principle there is different questions, but sees below.
My configuration:
- Fritz box 7270
- Siemens Gigaset S1 over DECT and Fritz box announced
1. Question:
My goal was what I could always make ISDN times with my Gigaset to the TK: Listeners take off, with ISDN call calling select. The line was switched directly, i.e. without internal call forwarding.
This does not go with VOIP and my 1&1 Softphone (and apparent also with the TAPI the Fritz box) so any longer. Here quasi the branch and the Anruzurufende must be selected and both “telephone calls” then be connected. With the 1&1 Softphone I receive the announcement “your call am held”, on use of the Fritzbox TAPI (z. B. under Phoner) the calling receives this announcement. Since I do not zumute that to the calling, I use the TAPI of the 1&1 Softphones. However the outgoing calls are always listed as calls to me, and during a re-dialling I call myself only.
So far I still no Softphone have (and/or. no TAPI) found, with which that could to be able be done differently. Know you there more?
2. Question:
Since I telephone much, I wanted to purchase a Headset. I had added myself and by DECt to the Fritz box had likewise attached a Plantronics C 65. I was actually very content, up to the fact of the call delivery described above. This call delivery would be void however, if I would call directly from the PC. In this case I needed (cordless) a Headset for the PC connection, thus USB (ask no Bluetooth!).
Here two devices are applicable for me: the Plantronics CS60 USB and the GN9330 USB.
Since I was quite content with C 65, I think that the CS60 USB would be probably qualitative correct. Does someone have experiences with the two from you? To what would prefer you?
3. Question:
To discharge I can do me with this solution however probably of the fact that I can accept calls at the USB Headset directly, or? At least in the case of the manufacturers it resulted in inquiring that say that it does not go with the 1&1-Softphone. Plantronics sent a compatibility list to me:
http://www.plantronics.com/media/dow...patibility.pdf, but the Softphones, which is located in this list, seems to be either not very well-known or firm-specific.
There does someone have experiences?
Are grateful for each suggestion.
Uwe
Hello,
I use the Plantronics CS60-USB with the Lancom Advanced VOIP Client. Runs in the best way. I can accept calls at the Headset directly without problems.
Many greetings
Dietmar
Hello Dietmar,
thank you, that is nevertheless times ne statement! Property me the Lancom Advanced VOIP Client also times as test version downloaded. It actually makes (nearly) everything that I need. Really only deficiency is its data base. An alignment with Outlook or the Windows address data bank is not possible, it is, one exported pedantic a CSV Excelfile, which does not develop Outlook in such a way unfortunately also, as I would like it. Clearly, I could use Outlook for the administration, but I use the program actually only to exchange over addresses and telephone numbers with the mobile phone and other devices and would like it not all day long in the background run to have. The name search in Lancoms directory is also only rudimentary: The name which can be looked for must begin accurately with at the beginning of the entry. Teilstringsuche is not possible (which I often use, if the straight first name occurs to me, not the surname).
In the point the 1&1 Softphone is almost ideal. With the name search the Tool finds all entries when typing, completely equal where the search ring in the entry stands. Beyond that it can synchronize the data base on push of a button both with Outlook and with the Windows directory. In this way the Dtenbanken always is on the newest conditions.
Greeting,
Uwe
Hello Uwe,
I tried out straight also the Softphone “Phoner”. Functions likewise with the Plantronics CS60-USB perfectly (call acceptance, discussion terminate, call signaling by bells of the basis station) and synchronizes perfectly with the Outlook contact data base. In addition it does not cost anything. You must down-load only before a small driver DEVICE for the Plantronics. However everything stands here:

Many greetings
Dietmar
Hello Dietmar,
yes, I had Phoner already on the PC. And you are right, there go a synchronisation with Outlook, although unfortunately only into a direction. To know well that it functions with the CS60-USB problem-free.
Now however still another question to you: Are you content with the CS60-USB?
Many greetings,
Uwe
Hello Uwe,
yes, I am very content. It can recommend absolutely.
Many greetings
Dietmar
rear,
I am interested also to the Planeetroniks.
I have my Fritz box with Siemens a DECT hand part to to run.
Can that actually be done that it remains in such a way and I the Headset to accept use?
Thus without Softphone only by hardware.
I can select at present by Outlook and talk at the action hair dryer.
Can I insert the DECT Headset somehow?
