Hello together,

I have a problem with the combination SMC7004VBR V.2 European Union (firmware version 1,07) and Sipgate/XLite.
Directly after my registration and the installation of the XLite software everything functioned marvelously. But functions now at one time nothing more.

I can select numbers, hear however nothing and nobody. Mine opposite hears me sometimes.

I already tried all possible: UPnP on and out; Haven freely; etc.

Both the Sipgate, and the SMC support could not help me.

Perhaps help me can someone from you? (Otherwise flies rout raus. Perhaps equal someone can give me a purchase recommendation here, whereby that should not be the solution.)

Rear one, Hilfrei would be times if you evtl nen screen SHOT here post could of haven. With my Dad lptt in the same konstelation without problems.

after haven me the support of people also did not call anything to have improved I the list emptied. For the moment nothing stands in it.

I had also tried those of haven 5060 UDP (and as with you TCP), to release 5004 UDP and 10000 UDP (and as with you Both). Without success.

According to Sipgate X-Lite needs other haven (possibly additional?):

“It should not function thereafter further, activates you the forwarding the following haven at their routs/to Firewall:

Standard:
Haven: 5060/UDP (SIP signaling)
Haven: 5004/UDP (RTP, language)
Haven: 10000 UDP (STUN)

X-Lite:
Haven 5060/UDP
Haven 8000 - 8019/UDP
Haven 10000 /UDP

Additionally: UPnP

If you rout UPnP (universal Plug and Play) supported, it can be helpful in the last step, this option on and/or. to switch off. “

(Also I tried that, as far as I became smart from that 8000-8019. As I am to enter that?)

I released the straight following of haven:
5060 UDP, 5004 UDP, 10000 UDP, 8000-8019 UDP
I now deactivated DHCP, UPnP am on (in addition, has also out just as functioned).

Result: I can hear mine opposite, however chopped off. What can lie?
Does the possibility exist the whole with this routs also with DHCP to runs to bring?

I have rout also to to run - with 3 IP telephones in the house, all 3 with Sipgate. Thus before all is with the current firmware which you also drauf has with routs already.

Attempts the following (Sipgate with X-Lite):

UPnP from, DMZ, Firewall aus/an

Haven open on the IP of the computer with X-Lite:

5060 UDP
8000-8019 UDP
10000 UDP

With DHCP it will not probably go - like one would not know haven with routs to an MAC address releases.

De-energise in the computer the Firewall for X-Lite.

Chopped off: As your binding is, runs file sharing, ev. also with yours opposite?

I have now times forlgendes free-peeled:

5060 UDP
5004 UDP
10000 UDP
8000-8019 UDP
I now activated DHCP, UPnP am on (in addition, has also out just as functioned).

The DHCP need I also for the computer on that the X-Lite does not run (that has a static IP). DHCP is only for the computers, which are only sporadically here in the net and usually elsewhere.

The whole functions for the moment in so far, I hear the others without problems, which weight however that they would hear themselves. (I however always telephone with Headset).

Supplement: Now it seems to function.
