for weeks I do not come any longer on the fixed net attitudes.

for technical reasons our system is not to you at present at the disposal. We work on the elimination of errors and apologize for incommodities resulting from it.

Since I need only extremely rarely, I am not reliably like for a long time the condition already hold on. Who can't give me references since when the system any longer functioned?
Now I needed the attitude possibility urgently and the Hotline can/do not want not help. Therefore I would like to catch up a statement of the GL von O2 and make it better there if one the loss since x months better indicate itself can.
With me does not go since the conversion of the DSL packages any longer, thus since approx. 2 weeks. But for me the DSL customer service of everything changed over, which I wanted to have, therefore surprises it me much that those do not want to help/be able you. What do you want to change?
one gets this message since then CO2 the new DSL tariff on-line has. attitudes to the “telefonie” does not know I make however the remainder with DSL to do has. inquire to the CO2 customer service by mail so far in keinster way were unfortunately answered.

Such a muck - no call number suppression can change or forwarding over after the call number extension. Allegedly the customer service does not come also there to - other department of, no notion when at the disposal is to etc.

Well - to Christmas it certainly again to go. I will not change the tariffs however. Each tariff change will lead to the loss of my earlier special conditions. The earlier promotion prices are still ungeschlagen.

For me the new tariffs do not see compared with the old so badly out…

And the old conditions are from the beta phase of O2DSL (DSL L to 2. ,…) - I may never give those up again
The new conditions would be better than the old, if CO2 would introduce again on-line advantage with 15 per cent discount.

I have the package 4000 with 15 euro in first and 30 euro in the second year, after one year on 6000 he the package will then change. There I have more for the same price 2000.

Comes certainly back. With O2o was it also like that.
For many of the initial customers the new conditions are rather unfavorable. It e.g. gave. DSL M with 4000er speed for 20. -€ /Monat durably over Ebay and determined dealers.
BTW - goes with me also for over 6 weeks no longer!

I have the same problem: No access to the Telefonieeinstellungen. Tightened I the end 09 and hoped it was repaired. That the problem already for August exists surprises me now nevertheless. In my case I would like to deactivate a permanent Rufumleitung. On the Web interface I do not come drauf, and if I try with keyboard instructions over telephone to change, can I the current status sound themselves, but nothing change. Around current empiric reports I would be grateful.

I use already for scarcely 1,5 years the 7270, in the meantime had I also the problem which I into the attitudes did not clean-come.
