I have the following line data:

noise margin upstream: 8 railways
output power downstream: 22 railways
extinction of light upstream: 22 railways

noise margin downstream: 9 railways
output power upstream: 12 railways
extinction of light downstream: 43 railways

Can someone say approximately which transmission rate thereby to me is possible? Momentarily I have a 4000er line with PowerUpload (Sync 3915/770)!
