That Kundenservice of CO2 will not really help you here.
If the Rufumleitung is adjusted in the CO2 center, this is liable to pay the costs.
And CO2 will never give you a guidance like you the conversion of CO2 reduces.

Like here already mentions (forum search…) --> genuinly befremdliches behavior of the offerer and before all for me an injury of the info. obligation opposite the customer (AGBs, tariff conditions…).
