Since 1&1 does not offer strong conditions with extension and hardly mobile Internet for mobile phone, I will use the present Tchibo action and will change at the end of of June to the regular contract end from 1&1 to CO2. Since I hang eh on Telefonica technology and a very stable line with 23000 down and 1400up has, CO2 DSL should not be a problem…

How now proceed, in order to carry forward do all 6 fixed net numbers to CO2? All 6 numbers moved years ago from only one T-ISDN-first shot to 1&1. Without the further 2 pure 1&1-Nummern I can do.

o2-Hotline says, the contract to well-informed, did not make you for me. I doubt that you can be allowed to do that/and/or. that the 1&1 accepts. Even 1&1 well-informed could give however problems with the Nummernportierung and generally is not recommended?!

Who successfully changed DSL and fixed net numbers from 1&1 to CO2? With which experiences, which successes and which recommendations?

CO2 says here however that the DSL contract must be quit, but not the telephone numbers

that those CO2 again (semiautomatic) the Portierung supported of 1&1 is new me now. approx. 2-3 months ago it did not function. Nice Ms of the Hotline has me avowedly that it up-to-date does not go. I could determine the same also in the form (1&1 is not any more in that drop down would list, although still in the April May of the yearly 2009 the clearly finktionierte!!).

Another solution would be somewhat laboriously and not like that automatic. you do not have to delete but for the Portierung to another offerer release the 1&1 contract in writing well-informed (not over bl… the e portal with amusing forms for confirmation, but directly in writing by fax and/or by writings) with the request the number. (remain existing the number by the way on your name approx. 3 months after the contract end). Absolutely do not forget the fulfilment of all requests to in writing confirm (the 1&1 understands only

by the way the Portierung is not a freiwilige thing for offerers. This service and above all the assignment of numbers are very strongly adjusted. BNetzA is responsible for it. If you request an offerer, then he must follow denenr request. Otherwise it hands a simple call with BNetzA with the schriftlcihen confirmation and it kriegt a heap of problems. Which one not may not forget, is that the offerers a fee for the Portierung require may. Those is however on a maximum adjusted also from BNetzA. so far I know max 14-17 € per number. The price window of this achievement for competition is open downward (exactly 1&1 ask, what they require for it).

Portierung going off costs as per. current price list 24.90 € for each procedure, which is already very dreist, if one compares it with the prices of Telekom.

With a procedure all become portierenden call numbers postage ore. Nevertheless much too expensively.

I would refer with 1&1 in any case even well-informed and into the written notice of withdrawal to the lining up Portierung of the call numbers of CO2, which happens separately.

The whole not only briefly forwards scarcely, but with sufficiently lead time.
Best at least 3 months before expiration of the 1&1 of contract, so that the Portierungsanforderung is received also still in former times as 2 months before expiration of the 1&1 minimum contract running time with 1&1.
There are already tricky cases, where an offerer states, the Portierungsanfrage (which in the long run nothing else is, as a notice with call number taking along of the customer) the original notice repealed would have set and the Portierung came within the 2 months before end, thus too late, why the contract extended by 1 year.
In order to prevent such niceties, in time everything settle.

As per. current Portierungsformular with CO2 and statement of the Hotline Portierung 1&1 should > CO2 now fold. The 25€ the 1&1 for it takes are impudent, but they step stop gladly after. To the Handynummer the same price applies

I do not become probably the form for on-line notice 1&1 back faxes. Thus the automaische procedure is broken off in a few days. Then even in writing via writings with the reference to the Portierung of the numbers well-informed. If 1&1 insists then on the notice over the form for on-line, I can make that again.

I did not indicate for my notice for 1und1 that the call numbers are to be released to the Portierung. I must probably retrieve that?

EDIT: Still another question: With 1und1 I have 10 call numbers. With CO2 only 4 is inclusive. Each further number costs 1 euro monthly. Does this surcharge apply also to the carried forward numbers?

I am in the same situation and want 4 days later than you (30,6.) change. I quit the form also even with 1&1 and not by fax but by writing inclusive. the report that the numbers become CO2 postage ore 1%1 skillfully! For the order of CO2 you can indicate the numbers, which you want to carry forward and which appropriate form on-line to fill out. There is only 4 numbers inclusive., further costs ever 1€ /Monat! And 1&1 becomes you approx. 25€ for the Portierung computes, portable radio number kostst once again directly, if you have one of 1&1 and it wants to carry forward! For the order you should look at those the Tchibo offer! 6 months (with Tchibocard of the Schwiemu even 7) freely - you should against-count that times against the 15% continuous discount during on-line order! I erred in my Kndigungsdatum. The 1und1 contract already ends to 12.6.2010.

Yesterday I ordered CO2 DSL then with Tchibo and indicated call number taking along. Today I have to make sure with CO2 called around me again. CO2 insured me that a Portierung is not possible, if the contract were already quit. If I would submit the Portierungsformular, then 1und1 would reject the Portierung and the contract between me and CO2 would not come off. Then I would have to again book and would possibly get the attractive offer over Tchibo. no more.

Since I have less than 3 months remaining time, can I do not mean 1und1 notice any longer to withdraw (with it CO2 him quits with Portierung), since the 1und1 contract would extend otherwise by 12 months.

That is me everything too hot and I the order change let, so that no Portierung takes place. In addition I had to fill out simply only one form, in which I confirm that CO2 my numbers is not to portieren (waiver).

The term of notice of 3 months applies only to all contracts, which were locked or extended starting from 08.12.2008. You have thus still the 2 monatige term of notice.
Thus it would be still sufficient. An only condition would be that the Portierungsformular would be received at the latest from CO2 to 12.04.2010 with 1&1. That would have been possible.

So - I drew my notice with 1&1 today also back. Although the writing with the form lay already 1 week as can be prove with 1&1, was the status still: Control room on fax.

CO2 ordered over the Tchibo action and gets so 7 months freely, which corresponds€ to 245 credit note. Thus I come with 24Monaten to 25€ instead of 35€ /Monat. A FBF7270 gives ' s for 99€ in addition - those should cover the costs of the Portierung (25 at 1&1) in the sales€ as “new commodity” well. Connection costs are void.

Now CO2 can be annoyed with 1&1 rum and pull the notice through as well as the Rufnummernportierung.

I become some weeks before the date of the conversion still my portable radio number from 1&1 to o2on portieren. The tariff costs 29€ +Mwst. = 34.50€ monthly, contain however a Flatrate into all dt. Nets and mobile Internet. Together with some o2o-Karten (without monthly basic costs) are then the family and my any business communication inclusive. - also the BWHZ.

We hope times it fold. The fax with the Portierungsbesttigung had I 5x faxes, until it ate the CO2 fax error free. Hopefully my fax (FBF internal) has not later same problems…
